How about for myofascia symptoms all over the neck and shoulder area? The area is comparatively huge but as i have pain and stiffness of the neck, no matter how much i stretch, i wasnt able to release the toughness of the ligament. To go see chiro, they charge u neck, shoulder, front and back, wow.... cant afford. And at the end, we must learn by ourselves to sustain, right?!

The pain is so severe in my right knee I had to stop. I think it's the spur on my knee that's causing the pain. I'm going to start out slowly with just 5 for each exercise and then try to build up.

Brilliant been looking for this particular vid for ages and now found exactly what i need , can i ask a bit of advice its my right side that i have trouble with , broke my left leg from top to bottom , got metal rods , plus screws plus a rebuiltknee , i put most my weight on my right leg , also think my right is higher or shorter not sure witch one , so this is exactly what i have . The question is , if i lay on my back and put my legs into a diamond shape then lift my right leg up and down , i get a crunching feeling noise in my right si joint , feels like it needs to crack real bad , have tried all sorts of positions to do this and can not fully crack it as it still cracks and feels the same , some times i get a crack in the right place i can feel it , but its 1/10 of what i need , any advice on how to solve this ? Many thanks for the vid it’s definitely diagnosed my problem

Words cannot describe how incredible the stretches in this video are. I've been having pinched nerve type SI pain for WEEKS after triggering something at the gym. I vistited a chiro, took antiinflammatories, and tried other stretches, but nothing was helping and the SI pain was still lingering and flaring up if bent forward or moved quickly. The seated leg abduction/aduction movements helped instantly and the last few days I finally feel like myself again. Forever grateful!

    👌🤗🙏Thanks🙏🤗
    10:23

After aggravating my back and not knowing what was going on , my chiro and I decided it might be si joint issues and these videos confirm it . I know it’ll heal as everything I have ever gone through but I have the hopeless feeling that I’m stuck this way . It sucks .

This has been so helpful. After years of creeping pain in this area, MRI's showing no hip issues, and several physician consultations, I went back to a hunch I had a while back. Could the problem be in my glute? My groin or pelvis? Now my Orthopedic specialist is thinking my issue is related to the SI joint. I appreciate re-watching this very clear-to-follow video. The exercises are helping. 🙌

Nerve stabbing pain actives, while laying on the damaged degenerative side of the hip.🧘‍♀️ thanks this video helps me pop & release

thanks to Dr Rowe my combo Sac-atic-formis condition is becoming more and more manageable with these videos and I want to share a funny one: when specific movements tweak I stop and do isometrics on that area (per Dr Rowe's videos), and during one today I got instant relief and a "pop" in my EAR! hahahahaha! 🍾🎉 also dancing is the best for my situation because I discovered that after a lifetime of fastwalking, cycling, and aerobics, those are now major agitators. Good name for a band!

I was referred to a physio re lower back, buttock, lower leg and foot pain. It keeps me awake with a deep uncomfortable pain irregularly and frustratingly. Lately more and more.
L4/L5 & L5/L6 disc protrusion to left side with some neural impingement.
I attended exactly 1 session. I was given exactly 1 exercise. Which seemed ridiculous to me. He explained none of what you said, spent only 15 min with me and the session cost 175 Australian.
Thank you very much for your work. I shall try your exercises. I do my own, of which some are more like yours. I call it my emergency yoga sessions. Just moving looking for relief. Sometimes i do 2 hours of rolling about.
